“We required a commercial air con solution at short notice and Debonair delivered. Site survey and quoted on the same day, and they went the extra mile to arrange installation over the weekend.”

“With a baby at home during the heatwave, I asked if they could bring my installation date forward, and they did without any hassle. We're absolutely delighted.”

“The survey was online, which was quick and convenient. All the pipework is very well hidden and inside there is no evidence of any works. Professional from start to finish.”

Questions homeowners ask us

Clear answers about the survey, the installation and what you are paying for.

How does the video survey work?

The call normally takes 20 to 30 minutes. We ask about your property and what you want to achieve, then you show us the rooms on your phone. We discuss indoor and outdoor unit positions, possible pipework routes and the system we recommend.

Do I need to know where the equipment should go?

No. That is our job. We will guide you through suitable indoor unit positions, outdoor equipment locations and pipework options during the survey.

What should I have ready for the survey?

Join from the property with a charged phone and a good Wi-Fi connection. Please make sure we can see every room you are considering, possible outdoor unit locations and the electrical consumer unit.

Should anyone else join the call?

If another person is involved in the decision, we strongly recommend that they join. It is easier when everyone can see the options and discuss appearance, positioning, system choice and budget at the same time.

Why can air conditioning quotations vary so much?

The unit is only one part of the job. System design and sizing, materials, pipework, drainage, electrical work, mounting, home protection, commissioning, warranty support and aftercare can all differ between quotations.

Is Debonair the cheapest option?

We do not aim to be the cheapest installer. Our pricing reflects the way we design, install, commission and support the system, with attention to how it performs and how the finished work looks in your home.

What should I compare between installers?

Compare how the system was sized, the full installation scope, the visible finish, who will carry out the work, the company's recent track record, and the warranty and aftercare available after installation.

What happens after I approve the quotation?

We review the project, confirm the installation dates and equipment, and send preparation information. On the day, the engineers walk through the plan, protect the work areas, install and commission the system, then explain how it works and provide the relevant warranty and maintenance information.
